We booked 2 lanes for 12 people at Lucky Strike Gilbert and the service was amazing. Everything was ready for us, even with a personalized sign. There were large screens for viewing sport games and black lights to make it exciting. One of our lanes was a little too dark and to compensate we were given arcade cards for the kids, which they absolutely loved. The server went above and beyond, the party planner who booked our visit was so helpful and kind. She was so thorough, I knew all of the options and picked the best one for our family. They were truly accommodating and made our visit so enjoyable.

Had the WORST experience tonight. We have been league bowling for years. Had the management tell us we could prebowl for next week but was so rude. The website says they close at 12, they apparently close at 11. So at 10:20 they do last call. At 10:40 they turn the music off and lights down. At 11:03 after they shut the lanes on us in the 8th frame they threaten to call the police because we were unfree building. Brittany was the worst manager I’ve ever come across. I have worked in restaurants for over 15 years and this was absolutely insane behavior. We paid to be here. We weee treated like garbage. NOT RECOMMEND

Lucky Strike’s staff is not very baby friendly. Please take your money somewhere else if your baby is on formula. When I arrived, I missed the door sign saying no water containers allowed inside. I brought in a hydro flask. After a couple frames, they shut down both of our lanes. We thought it was a malfunction. But after going to the desk, they told us they had shut down our lanes because someone in the party had water bottle. Completely my fault, so I returned it to the car. An employee coming over to tell us would’ve been very nice instead of just shutting off our two lanes, but whatever.. this isn’t why I’m complaining. They must’ve been watching us like a hawk after that, because fast-forward one hour someone brought out a thermos with filtered water to make their baby a a bottle of formula. Someone in our party joked that they would probably shut our lanes down for this. And guess what happened not even a minute later? Once we went up to complain about this ridiculous move, they claimed it was a technical problem. I’m calling BS. They need to do better. They just lost 9 customers.
