Eating at this restaurant with a great view of The Prince Edward Island Regiment Museum will be a beautiful experience for customers. The success of The Dining Room at The Culinary Institute would be impossible without the efficient staff. This place is ranked 4.6 within the Google grading system.

Such a gem to have the Culinary Institute in town! You cannot find this type of menu anywhere else, especially one that rotates through the year! It’s always lovely to meet the students in training and be absolutely delighted by the wonderful menus they are preparing. Delightfully pleasant service, fantastic food (everything from the bread to the dessert!) and overall lovely atmosphere! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Seared Halibut Fillet Vegetarian options: Quite a few vegetarian items on the menu, not sure about vegan though

I had heard lots of great things about the dining room at the culinary institute and had never been despite living in Charlottetown for a long time. Despite the « hype » it still managed to exceed my expectations. We got a lovely seat next to the windows overlooking the water and Victoria park. The menu was the perfect size, enough to provide variety without being unintentional. The service was excellent from start to finish. You can tell the culinary institute also teaches students about the broader service experience in a restaurant beyond the food itself. We enjoyed a mixed charcuterie board to start, and a mushroom risotto and pork escalope for mains. Everything was delicious. I definitely recommend it for a nice meal out. It rivals the other higher-end dining experiences in town (Red water, Slaymaker, sims, Brickhouse) both in terms of menu and food quality as well as service.
