Walking near One Liberty Observation Deck, visit this bar. To try perfectly cooked lawar, buffalo wings and sandwiches is a really nice idea. You may come across notes that beer is good here.

One of my favorite bars. Jasmine was the best server we’ve ever had at Lucy’s. She took great care of us, went above and beyond. If you go definitely ask for Jasmine. You won’t be disappointed!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Don’t come here. You’re having a good time and you go up to use the restroom and the person at the stairs will just kick you out for no reason even after you paid the entrance fee and kindly showed the stamp they put on you when you try to go back down to continue having a good time with all your friends and colleagues celebrating a big shared milestone.
