We live near by and were happy to try a place we could walk to. We tried both weekend brunch and a weekend evening dinner. The burgers were decent although they would shine with better quality veggies on them. The shoestring fries were good. The brunch was fabulous - I would recommend anything with their roja salsa on it. The chilaquiles were a favorite. They have a decent stock of games on the patio - pool, connect 4, Jenga. The band setup was nice and the music made for a fun evening. There were many folks there to grab a drink, but we still had a good time with older kids. Overall, we will visit again but probably for brunch. Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes

We are residents in Allen and were looking for a night out. I’ve known about Lucy’s Yard for some time, but have never visited. We were considering inviting our kids over, but glad we didn’t. Drinks were served immediately, but it took over 40 minutes to get our two burgers and fries ($45). And there was only one other food order ahead of ours. The kitchen was out of our line of sight, so it is very likely that the order sat ready for some time while the lone bartender provided service for bar patrons. This place has the potential to be a fun and desirable place, but it is not a place to order food. I wish it had worked out better. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

It's called Lucy's Yard and they haven't taken care of the yard this Spring. My wife and I have given this place 5 tries and it's dipped in quality significantly in the past year. The menu has changed, the food was cold and service was terrible. In addition to that the "Yard" isn't clean. There are weeds growing throughout the property. Feels like a dystopian restaurant that has been take care of in years. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
