Was with you today for the first time. You have a great vibe. The coffee is great! But We waited a whole hour for the Caesar roll. This is very sad... Without explanation, they simply forgot about our order. P. 6 months update Despite having a couple of unpleasant experiences with their delivery (see below), I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I'll be honest, their desserts are great. But today broke my patience. Their service and client satisfaction is literally THE WORST! I ordered my food at 23:45. Was told it will be delivered in 1 hour (because apparently that's how long you need to make 4 small syrniki in the middle of the night), but okay, whatever, I was prepared to give them this time. The 00:45 mark came and went, my order was still not even out of the cafe. Again, things happen, it was raining. Did anyone TRY to contact me and ask if I was prepared to wait extra or maybe wanted to cancel my order? No. Did anyone try to at least apologize for the delay? Also no. I finally lost my patience and contacted Wolt support. Was assured that the courier was already on the way. It took the courier another 30 minutes (other, earlier orders that needed to be delivered). The food that was ordered at 23:45 and was supposed to be here at 00:45 the latest, arrived at 2:00. Syrniki are now cold and unappetizing. Apologies received - zero. To sum it up, Lui Coffee, your client service and satisfaction is THE WORST --------------------------------- Guys, you have some great desserts and the fact that you stay open all night is awesome, but next time someone places an order on Wolt and you don't have it in the shop, please call the person and ask them what you can replace it with, not just put something random in the box. This is happening like the third time to me, and it's not fun at all. How do you know I'm not allergic to the stuff you sent me? Other bakeries call in such cases, it's not that difficult
