Luigi's Italian Restaurant is pretty near Midland County Historical Museum. Here you will find nicely cooked chicken parmigiana, pizza salads and eggplant parmigiana. Most guests recommend trying good tiramisu, cheesecakes and Italian cakes. Clients don't highly appreciate chianti at this restaurant.

On March 13, 2021 my family purchased a meal for three and my husband picked the meal up to keep the cost low since Luigi's Italian Restaurant is very expensive. We also are concerned about the C-19 virus therefore we do not gather in restaurants . By March 13, 2013 Governor Abbot had removed the C-19 virus mandate for the state of Texas. After my husband signed the credit card receipt and had driven all the way home, which is across town, we realized that the itemized receipt, nor the signature receipt was not provided. I called and spoke to Axxx within the hour. She said she, "I will send the itemized receipt later tonight when I get an opportunity." I did not received the receipt until Tuesday March 16, 2021 after speaking to the manager. They had to send it to me after many requests and I had to request the copy with the signature and the itemized receipt be sent to my cell phone since they were unsuccessful in sending it to my email that I provided. When I did received the receipt I noticed that a $12.60 charger for a (SERVICE CHARGE). The manager stated that because of the 'LOSS' the restaurant started to experience at the beginning of the C-19 virus epidemic began. My complete charge was $89.41, which is an extremely high percentage to pay for allowing someone to pick up their own food t hat they are paying for and you do absolutely nothing, then charge the customer almost 20% you should be ashamed! I spoke with Dxxxx as well whom could not provide my itemized receipt via email however I will speak my mind about your lack of concern for your customers wallet. I believe this is taking advantage of the situation of the time. SHAME!
