Service here was A+ and the food was excellent. The quality and fast service even with a party of 6 ordering steaks was outstanding. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $100+ Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

Did the Wednesday pasta special, good value for the money. Lobster cake was really good too. Ill go back for the service though, getting treated like a human being instead of what the chains treat customers like was a pleasure. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Luke's, a steak place....but order anything but the steak. My sirloin was cooked medium, tough, but still edible. My husband's ny strip was so tough he sent it back. Second one was equally as bad. Luckily, they took off the first inedible one then discounted 20%... Will not be returning. Service was good and they tried to make it right but it just wasn't. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $30–40

Dana, I understand from my team that they did their best to remedy this situation for you. We understand the statement about not returning but we have many customers over the last 30+ years that have good steaks and other items. We also want readers to know that we discounted the second NY steak as we were told it was “good” but still wanted to provide additional customer service. You are always welcome back and we hope the service and care behind it will inspire others to look past this meal experience and still try our neighborhood old favorite.
