Michael, thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed feedback. First of all, we sincerely apologize for the condition of the table when you arrived. This is not the standard we strive for. On the day of your visit, we experienced unusually high traffic and one of the busiest service periods since opening. While this helps explain the situation, we understand it does not excuse it. The temporary shortage of salmon was also related to the exceptionally high demand. We prefer to remove an item rather than compromise on the freshness and quality of ingredients. Regarding the QR menu, thank you for pointing this out. We are currently finalizing a new digital ordering system, and starting from the 10th, guests will be able to order and pay directly from their phones. The current version was introduced as a preview while the full system is being completed. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve. Our goal is to provide one of the best breakfast, coffee and brunch experiences in Batumi, and comments like yours help us move in that direction.
