My wife and 3 girls dined here on Sunday evening! We can’t express enough the outstanding service and care we received from Giselle, Julia, Lorraine and Chefs. They truly shine and go above and beyond in hospitality! They made sure our orders were just perfect and delicious. Well amazingly delicious!!!! Thanks Luna grill leadership for having such outstanding and quality team members who make our dining experience beyond amazing! Lots of appreciation! Gabe and family! Truly outstanding and this team’s definitely needs to be recognized for going above and beyond. This team Truly needs to be modeled after in hospitality! Thank you Luna Grill Chino Hills for hiring some great people. I would especially like to mention how nice and caring the shift leader Danielle is. I shared with her that my previous order wasn’t up to par and she listened to me, explained what might have happened and assured me it wouldn’t happen again, and if it did she gave me tips of how to reach out for immediate help. Really great service and thank you for the baklava samples. So delicious!Try the Santorini Bowl! So flavorful!
