Although my prior experiences with Luna Grill were good, the most recent experience I had on Wednesday June 28th, 2023 was not. My co-workers and I ordered from Luna Grill Clearfork for lunch, and I placed the order for everyone (about 8 items, totaling about $140). The order was placed directly on Luna Grill's site, however, was delivered via DoorDash. The order arrived fine, on time, and nothing was missing. However, once it arrived, we quickly discovered that the chicken in the Santorini bowl with chicken was raw. I immediately called the restaurant who did apologize, however, told me I had to contact DoorDash to have the issue resolved. I informed the young woman at Luna Grill (who I was speaking with), that I had ordered directly from the restaurant's site (not through DoorDash), and also that Luna Grill was the one responsible for cooking and sending out the food, and therefore, Luna Grill should be able to resolve by either giving me a refund or some other form of resolution. However, she maintained that this was DoorDash's responsibility and I had to call them. I called DoorDash customer service who immediately asked me if I had tried contacting the restaurant. I said, "yes, but they told me I had to speak with DoorDash." The DoorDash customer service representative found this odd, but said that he would look into helping me. He was able to get me a case number, and told me to contact the restaurant back with the case number in order to get a refund. I did this that same day, and have not heard anything back from Luna Grill yet (it's been 5 days). Needless to say, I am very disappointed with the customer service I received, lack of response from Luna Grill in regard to this issue (which is a health and safety concern) and will not be visiting Luna Grill again.
