Nos alegra especialmente saber que disfrutó de la experiencia una vez arriba. Al mismo tiempo, siento que su llegada al hotel no estuviera a la altura de lo que buscamos transmitir. Para nosotros, la hospitalidad empieza desde el primer momento, incluso antes de llegar a la terraza, y lamento que en su caso esa primera impresión no fuera la adecuada.
