We decided to try Lunar Moon Asian Cuisine at Silverstar Casino for dinner, and overall it was a mixed experience. On arrival, we were warmly greeted and shown to our table. The owner personally came over to welcome us, which was a nice touch. The restaurant itself was clean, well-kept, and fairly quiet, with only a few other tables occupied. Our waiter was friendly, but unfortunately didn’t seem very familiar with the menu or drinks selection. When we placed our order, the drinks took quite a while to arrive. We noticed that the hot chocolate had to be made by our waiter due to the absence of a barman, which likely contributed to the delay. For food, we ordered both starters and mains together. The dumplings were slightly dry but still enjoyable. The crispy beef and chicken were delicious, though noticeably spicy — something to keep in mind if you’re dining with children (a mistake on our part). The standout dish of the evening was definitely the sizzling beef: fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Unfortunately, the chicken ramen with glass noodles was very disappointing. It lacked flavor entirely and was quite bland compared to the other dishes. Portion sizes across the board felt a bit small considering the prices. Overall, the food was good and clearly made with fresh ingredients, but there are areas that need improvement. The staff are friendly, but better training and menu knowledge would go a long way in improving the experience. A decent spot with potential, but not without its shortcomings. We had a wonderful deelicious lunch at Lunar moon today. Sushi was probably one of the best I have tasted.......beef Sichuan and chicken noodle dish was really enjoyed by my guests. Highly recommended. Will be back soon ! No one knows about them yet. Only 4 months old...strongly suggest that restaurant advertises more Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
