2024년 12월 1일, 11시 30분경 방문해 삼선차돌짬뽕 2그릇을 주문했습니다. 식사를 마치고 마지막으로 건더기를 모아 한입 먹는 중, 질겅질겅 씹히지 않는 이물질을 발견해 뱉어보니 메디폼으로 추정되는 물체였습니다. 이를 직원한테 얘기했더니 "해파리"라고 주장하며 이물질을 즉시 쓰레기통에 버렸습니다. 이를 문제 삼자 직원들 또한 "메디폼 붙인 사람이 없다"며 발뺌했습니다. 우리가 삼선차돌짬뽕에는 해파리가 들어가지 않는다는 점을 지적하고 이물질과 비교해 보자고 요청하니, 그제야 확인 후 마지못해 사과하는 모습을 보였습니다. 이처럼 초기에 증거를 인멸하려는 태도와 책임을 회피하려는 대응은 고객으로서 매우 실망스러웠습니다.
