I've stayed in a lot of hotels... ...and a "decent to good" hotel restaurant is, well, rare. And yet, life is most beautiful and delicious when you least expect it. In Owensboro, Kentucky, as we speak. The Lure Seafood & Grille within the Hampton Inn & Suites was absolutely phenomenal. Arguably the best filet I've ever eaten (I love filet) and half-off bottles for "Wine Wednesday" (great wine list). Ben (manager) and his crew are pretty great. Oh, and you could throw a baseball and hit the Bluegrass Hall of Fame next door. Win win. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
