Placed an order for pick up end of January. Over $100. Was called to say the order would be cancelled because they ran out bread. I still have not been refunded for the is purchase although I’ve called multiple times. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1

The quality of their Banh Mì has gone down sadly. I visited Lu's sandwiches a couple of years ago, and their banh mi were much more delicious than they are making now. I came in today to order Grilled beef banh mi, and it was freaking salty. The grilled beef was already marinated and salty, but the girl that took my order also added some kinds of sauce; I guess it was soy sauce, making the whole banh mi as salty as the sea. In addition, an authentic Vietnamese Banh Mi (baguette) should be toasty and crispy, but they don't have a way to toast the baguette if you request. The Banh Mi I had was so soft and as mushy as if it was made a few hours ago. Surprisingly, when I asked the lady who took my payment at the counter to toast my banh mi, she said there was no toaster at their place!! Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
