LOVE this place, amazing place for anyone to have a coffee and a bite to eat. Especially amazing for families and those with children, lots of toys and super friendly people. Plus, it’s open 7 days a week! Find me another in Zurich and I’ll buy you a coffee so pleased it’s open again, thank you Luus Muus Service: Dine in Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Actually a great concept. Unfortunately it was very dirty and under all the tables around us. The tables upstairs were also drippy and full of crumbs. The staff preferred to chat behind the counter rather than pick up a broom/rag. The afternoon at 3 p.m. when there wasn't much going on. There was never any cleaning during our entire stay! But the piece of chocolate cake and the ginger tea were very tasty and the price was ok too. There are many play options for the children. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: CHF 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

We were rather surprised as we were working hard to prepare for our annual thanksgiving event while short staffed, being labeled as lazy and otherwise occupied, and I personally came to clear your table of dirty dishes despite our communities wonderful response to our "self clearing" system. As we are a family friendly cafe, we are visited by many many children. Not all are developmently able to avoid crumbs or food dropping. We are so thankful when parents/caregivers/adults are able to help by cleaning up the area as they leave. In the spirit of our community - taking the pressure of adults enjoying time out and about with thier kids. We hope you and our community continue to enjoy the best of luus muus together with us. More

I got to know your restaurant in 2020/21 and was immediately impressed - even back then it was inviting and cozy. Whenever I was around, I liked to get my coffee from you. Then I saw through an Instagram call that you unfortunately had to close and were collecting donations to reopen. Of course I was happy to support you! On November 9th, 2024 we were in the area again and were really happy to stop by and see you open again. It was wonderful to be back! The friendly staff, delicious food and coffee were, as always, simply wonderful. Your cozy seating areas create a great atmosphere, and it's nice that you've also thought of families: with indoor and outdoor play areas, child-friendly and dogs are also welcome. You are also very barrier-free accessible. There are parking spaces in the Migros/Denner underground car park, and you can also easily reach them by public transport. We also particularly liked your outdoor area – it really invites guests big and small to feel at home. The toilets are also clean and accessible to everyone, and the food selection leaves nothing to be desired. I'm really happy that I was able to support you with your reopening and thank you for your work and time. All the best and see you soon!
