Really disappointed with my experience here. The young girl serving had a lot of attitude and came across very unprofessional, which made me feel uncomfortable as a paying customer. Customer service should make people feel welcome, not like they’re asking for something for free. The milkshake was honestly one of the worst I’ve had it tasted watery and had no flavour. On top of that, the staff overall seemed rude and the place itself didn’t look very clean. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return based on this experience and I hope management improves both customer service and cleanliness. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Thankyou for ordering from luv desserts. We are really sorry that you had a disappointing experience at our shop. However, as the boss I ensure that the cleaning is up to a good standard at all time, our staff have all been trained to be professional and positive at all times. Our staff members wouldn’t purposely have come across as rude. However, if u felt that our staff member was unprofessional towards you, we appologies. Please could you state what time you came and what you ordered so I can review the CCTV footage and resolve this issues.

Had an amazing experience at luv desserts, they got great selection of desserts ,love their dutch pancakes and old school cake. Customer service was quick and excellent. I would definitely recommend this place to others Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
