We waited in line, but it was fast despite being there on Saturday evening. We ordered home made wine, two pizzas. Wine was so ugly, weathered and diluted, worst I had in my life. Pizza with prosciutto I couldn’t chew. We’ve asked for receipt more than 3 times…. Awful place, I definitely won’t go back. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20

NEW YEAR’S EVE EXPERIENCE — NOT RECOMMENDED. Before reading this review, I invite you to check my profile. I have never left a one-star review before. In this case, however, Trattoria Luzzi deserves the lowest possible rating. We had a reservation for 11 people on 31/12/2025 at 22:00, under the name “Gaston”: 9 meat menus (€45 each) and 2 fish menus (€50 each), for a total of €505. We arrived at 22:00 and waited over an hour without receiving any food. * Around 23:00: bruschetta * Around 23:30: risotto * When we were already leaving: meatballs, which were cold and raw — completely inedible * Lentils, pandoro and nougat: never served So we paid €505 for a complete New Year’s Eve menu and received essentially some bruschetta and a small portion of risotto. The rest of the menu was either never delivered or was inedible. The service was also extremely disappointing. When we tried to ask for our food, we were treated rudely. We had already prepaid half of the bill, yet after this experience we were forcefully pressured to pay the full remaining amount. We contacted the restaurant afterwards through its official WhatsApp channel, but received no response and no solution. Any restaurant can have a bad night. What matters is how they handle it. In this case, we paid for a service we did not receive, were treated poorly when we complained, and received no response afterwards. We have photos and documentation showing: * Our reservation * Our WhatsApp conversation with the official restaurant channel * Other tables that were also still waiting for food * Our reserved table If you are considering booking the New Year’s Eve experience at Trattoria Luzzi, I strongly recommend choosing somewhere else. Paying €505 for 11 people and ending the year with barely any food, cold/raw meatballs, missing dishes and no meaningful response from the restaurant is simply not acceptable.
