I’ve attempted to order from here twice in the last two days, and both times have been a frustrating experience. Each time, I place an order online only to receive a call an hour later stating that the items are out of stock. It is unprofessional to have an online ordering system that isn’t synced with your actual inventory. Please update your website quantities to save customers time and disappointment.

I ordered a sandwich yesterday (among other things). When the sandwich didn’t come with the rest of the order, we called Lychee to have them bring the sandwich. They said they would. The sandwich didn’t come. We called them again and again and again. They canceled our calls. I never got my sandwich. I paid for the sandwich in cash when the rest of the order came before I noticed that the sandwich is missing. LYCHEE YOU OWE ME 90 LE. Lychee, if you’re reading this, feel free to reach out because I would really like to be compensated and no one is answering my calls. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Delivery
