I recently visited this restaurant with my mom and her friends. Unfortunately, the owner’s daughter, who was sitting at the bar near us, kept staring in a way that made us feel uncomfortable. She seemed annoyed and unfriendly, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Compared to the service I’m accustomed to, this experience fell short. Dining in a family restaurant where the owner’s daughter makes you feel uneasy is disappointing. Eventually, I asked the waiter if there was an issue, as her behavior continued to make us uncomfortable. It seems she overheard our conversation about her unfriendly demeanor and interjected. As paying customers simply trying to enjoy our meal, it was frustrating to have the experience ruined by such arrogance. No customer should be made to feel this way, regardless of who she is. Whether you’re the owner’s daughter or not, it’s unprofessional to treat customers with such disregard.
