Excellent cheese enchiladas, red sauce was not too hot but very flavorful. Had to have a cinnamon roll! Even met the owners who are Broncos fans like me. I’m going to be a regular. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First ever visit on Friday afternoon in July 2024. Enjoyed fried fish dinner. Fast service, the waitress is efficient and friendly. We will return & tell our friends if it's OK. Noticed clients picking up meals to go. Sure beats cooking at home. Thanks everyone that helped out. It's a great restaurant. I had to drive out to Mimbres for some work so we decided to try someplace new for breakfast. M & A Bayard Café was on the way so it seemed like a logical choice.I had a ham & cheese omelet that comes with hash browns and I had wheat toast. The omelet was tasty and the hash browns were well done.My spouse had Huevos Rancheros with Beans. She said that the Huevos Rancheros was very good but the beans were the best she has ever had.Overall we both were quite pleasantly surprised and will definitely return.Note: We did not try the cinnamon rolls but next time I will get one to go. They looked and smelled very good and it was hard to ignore them.
