I’ve been a frequent customer at M60 Coffee, but this last visit was disappointing enough to make me reconsider coming back. I paid 21 lei (~4€) for a decaf cappuccino, which is already on the higher side, but what really stood out was the service. The coffee was served without a tray and without a glass of water—something that’s pretty standard in most coffee shops. When I politely suggested they consider using trays and offering water, the response was that they only do that for larger orders and prefer to sell bottled water instead of offering it for free. The coffee itself is good, no complaints there. But the overall experience feels increasingly stingy—both in terms of service and food portions. It’s disappointing, especially as a regular customer, to feel unwelcomed and nickel-and-dimed over basic things that other places offer as standard courtesy. There are plenty of places in Bucharest where you get both great coffee and a more customer-friendly experience. Unfortunately, this wasn’t one of them.
