We went to Mac Leisure as a pair to play billiards. There was only one cue stick available, and all the tables were full. We somehow managed to start playing anyway. But after just 10 minutes, we realized the cue balls were completely wrong — the striped and solid balls were mixed up (stripes on the high side and solids on the low side). We had already paid, but the equipment and service were unacceptable. When we complained at the counter, the person in charge of the tables didn’t seem to care at all. He confidently refused to give us a refund and didn’t offer even a single word of apology. We asked for the manager’s contact details, but they refused to provide any information. This kind of poor service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Places like this should be avoided completely. The public needs to know.

Went to Mac Leisure private cinema with two friends expecting a premium movie experience, but it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The customer service was extremely poor staff were unhelpful, unprofessional, and didn’t seem to care about the experience at all. For a place that markets itself as “private cinema luxury,” this was unacceptable. The sound system was honestly terrible. It completely ruined the Peaky Blinders experience. Low quality, unbalanced audio that made it hard to even hear the talking. Definitely not what you expect when paying for a private screening. Overall, everything we were looking forward to fell flat. Poor service, bad audio, and zero attention to customer satisfaction. Never going back again. Would not recommend at all.

Please don't order from PickMe Or Uber, they don't give you the right portions and value for money. I ordered Cheese Chicken Kottu, and they have sent us a kotthu and the Cheese without even a chicken piece, don't know a blind chefs is incharge making PickMe Uber orders, since thia happened several times for me and complained about it but still no changes.. at a point gave up telling them since their reception has some dumb people who don't rven know telephone etiquettes to answer enquiries and concers, seems like no one's to train them or manage them.. Not very attentive, no customer centric services,, Please take these into your considerations, this leads to open up businesses to the competition!
