The best creamcheese milk tea in town. As of this date. Many other milk tea shops do the creamcheese thing but they can't defeat the Macao Imperial style.

Went to the opening and we were the ones who just made it in time before they cut off the queue. We started waiting about 8:30 PM. The long lines were understandable since they had the buy 1 get 1 promo on the opening day. They took our orders in advance at about 10:00 PM and we got to the cashier 30 mins after. After paying, we waited another 30 mins and then the store owners (who were sitting just behind us) heard us asking why our orders were taking so long when we and another group were the only ones left in the store... it was just then that they told us that they ran out of tea so they had to brew for them to make our orders... when we asked how much longer we had to wait they said another 15 minutes. It was already 11:30 PM!!! We were waiting for 3 hours and the mall was already closed :( they could’ve told us earlier that they were running out of tea so that we could have changed our minds... but we were so “nasasayangan” of how much time we’ve already spent waiting so we still patiently waited... I understand how hard it was for them to cater such a long queue considering that it was their opening day but I think they should have estimated how much they can accomodate while they were “taking orders in advance” :( we would rather pay full price for our orders to get them in a few minutes rather than waiting for more than 3 hours just to avail the promo... if only we weren’t “nasayangan” of the time we’ve spent waiting we would’ve totally left already... props though to the team because they did their best... but I just wish that when it was about 10:00 PM they already told the people that they are running out of brewed tea or that they brewed tea earlier... and also, the advance order taking wasn’t effective at all... we got our orders about 11:45 PM :( that’s too long for a milk tea!!! Also, my order had so little cream cheese (as you can see from the picture) and the other one we got had no ice. It was still warm... hope they fix their customer service soon...
