If you're looking for an Asian restaurant that's a far cry from the standard fare of Cantonese rice and egg rolls, Machete offers an unprecedented taste experience (unless you live in Cambodia). The dishes are surprisingly tasty, the atmosphere warm and the owner exquisitely kind. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
