I’m becoming increasingly convinced that MAKfam is owned and operated by aliens. There is simply no other reasonable explanation for how a local Denver restaurant can have food this incredible, presentation this beautiful, service this good, AND somehow remain impeccably clean. Something extraterrestrial is going on here. I watched the kitchen staff through the huge glass window, and I’m telling you right now: those people are not from Earth. They moved with suspicious speed and efficiency. Nobody bumped into anybody. Nobody dropped anything. I didn’t see a single ounce of liquid hit the floor. And the kitchen floor was so sparkly clean I’m pretty sure NASA could assemble a satellite on it. Then the two orders of Bao & corned beef fired rice arrived. Ridiculously delicious. The kind of delicious where you stop talking for a minute because your mouth has more important business to conduct. Go there. Now. Seriously, stop reading this review and go to MAKfam. Why are you still reading this? GO. And the owner? Incredibly gracious and welcoming to everyone. Almost too gracious. Further evidence of alien involvement.
