I bought ``Yuzu Baked Cheese'', which is made with jam made from yuzu that the owner himself harvested. I like fruits and citrus, so I asked the owner if he wanted a fruit-based cake, and instead of choosing strawberry shortcake or strawberry tart, I decided to try ``Yuzu Baked Cheese'' with the scent of yuzu. I also like it, so I bought it because I was curious about the scent and taste. The scent of yuzu spreads in my mouth, and as I expected, the citrus scent and the fruit pulp leave a refreshing feeling in my mouth. I had to take photos in other places, and my feet were so cold that I couldn't just take pictures of the outside. 2022011? It's the second time. I received the ``Strawberry and White Chocolate Baked Tart.'' There's still snow on the ground (which is normal since it's winter) ^^; The tart itself is delicious, and the sweetness is modest, with only the strawberry texture remaining, and the sweetness is just the right amount of natural sweetness. Is the tart dough burnt butter? Is it made with caramel? It wasn't soft, it was light and crunchy, and it was delicious.
