Maracaibo is truly exceptional. The food was outstanding, the service was outstanding, and honestly, it was hard to tell which impressed us more. What made this experience unforgettable was the owner. While managing the restaurant and making sure every guest felt comfortable, she took the time to personally connect with people in a genuine way. In our case, she went beyond simply serving a meal—she connected her food to our emotions, memories, and roots. She has a rare gift for making guests feel valued and special. You feel treated like royalty, yet she does it with grace, dignity, warmth, and professionalism. The entire staff was equally wonderful and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. This was more than a great meal; it was one of the most unique and memorable dining experiences we’ve ever had. We will definitely be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had a great time here with some friends. The service was excellent, and Diego was a fantastic waiter. He recommended a FIFA cocktail with watermelon and tequila, which was absolutely delicious. I would like to give a 5‑star review because of the good prices and excellent customer service. Everything on the check was clear and accurate—there were no extra or unknown charges. The staff explained everything very well.
I would even give 10 stars for the honesty of the employees. They responsibly handled items that were left behind and made sure they were returned to the owner. That level of honesty and professionalism really stands out. Highly recommended!
