they have staff who can speak Chinese, for those who don't speak either Japanese or Chinese, how it works is that you can pick from the assortment of items on display, and then for special items like meat, eggs, etc you need to tell them at checkout and they'll add it in. they get really busy so please go sooner rather than later Meal type: Lunch

At MARATAN, you pick your own vegetables for the noodle soup. There’s a lot of good choices to choose from. The soup stock is good, being made from pork bones. Choice of glass and regular noodles.
