It was amazing. I had two curry plate: eda mame and wagyu. It was so good that I forgot to take a picture. The food was incredible quality and there was great attention given to the healthiness of it. They have some collaboration dishes with a nearby fitness gym. The food had a homemade feel to it and was not hastily made. I sensed the chef is an expert in this field. I had a carbonated lemon tea which seemed weird in the menu but was incredibly refreshing when I first tried it. I want to go back again soon. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I visited ``Mars Lab'' in Toiyacho, which is close to my office, for lunch in the middle of December. It's a new store that opened in December last year. It's located in a corner of an area lined with restaurants, and has a stylish exterior and interior, and it looks like it becomes a bar at night. It was a weekday so I didn't have to make a reservation! I ordered the beef and chicken curry (1,250 yen), which was served after about 10 minutes of waiting.The two types of curry were mixed together, and the rice dam separated the vegetables and the roux. The beef curry is made with Wagyu beef shank from Setouchi and a variety of vegetables, and is thoroughly simmered for a rich and flavorful dish. The rice goes smoothly with just the right amount of stickiness ^^ The chicken curry uses Momotaro chicken thighs, which are also stewed with vegetables. The chicken retains its shape, so you can enjoy its texture. A healthy curry with a variety of vegetables, and as the seasons change, the vegetables simmered change, so the taste of the roux also changes! Next time, let's visit when summer vegetables are in season (*^^*)
