FEB 2026 Made a reservation for dinner and was seated at the counter with a full view of the open kitchen and the chefs at work. I had the 'Mar y Montanya' menu which consisted of a welcome snack, four appetizers, two starters, fish, rice dish, meat, pre-dessert, main dessert, and mignardise with coffee or tea. The menu showcased traditional Catalan flavors using local Japanese ingredients as well as incorporating some Spanish ingredients such as olive oil and Bomba rice. Pacing and progression of the meal was good and with each course served, the staff showed great knowledge of the dish and the ingredients used. The head chef/owner was also friendly and engaging and it was nice to hear the inspiration for some of his dishes. Everything from the appetizers to the mignardise were tasty; favorites were the charcoal grilled eel, bomba rice with sliced duck breast, and the wagyu steak which was very tasty with the rich civet sauce. Overall enjoyed the dining experience and the service was great.

Masia is a restaurant specialized in Catalan cuisine in the Ginza neighborhood of Tokyo. The restaurant is located in a shopping mall building and offers comfortable seating. The service is professional and attentive, and if you sit at the counter, the chef likes to talk and explain the dishes—he is definitely a great professional. As for the food, it’s good; don’t expect classic traditional dishes, as it’s more modern while still rooted in tradition. A nice experience overall Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Great modern Catalan food, kind people and nice atmosphere. Chef was very friendly and I truly appreciated they could adjust their course to my food restrictions. This is my second time here and will for sure come back soon. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
