Excellent mixology, food and service in a cozy place. Matilda is one of those local gems that exist in Ensenada where you can enjoy a series of 5-star cocktails and mixology, a kitchen that offers delicious snacks and food (I tried tiradito and noodles) and attentive and friendly customer service. I went early, maybe that's why I didn't need a reservation, but I imagine if you like to go at night you need to make a reservation, since the place is small.
