My name is Takahashi, the owner of MATIN. The other day, when I saw our company's word of mouth, etc., I received a good evaluation about croissants, so I would like to talk a little about croissants. It is common to all the breads that our company offers, but before we offer it to our customers, it is the premise that I myself like the bread the most, and I make it a daily basis for customers. We are making bread for you. I hope you understand that whether you like it or not includes various factors such as how it tastes and whether you want to eat it again. It's been 17 years since I first started working as a baker, so I don't have a career where I can say that much, but this croissant has a composition that is quite unlike any other bakery I've ever experienced. I am certain that it is happening. The reason for this is that it uses almost no water, so if you bake it until the contents are thoroughly cooked, the bottom will turn black like caramel pudding. We have changed the formulation about 4 times so far due to concerns about the appearance and taste, but at that time, we received quite a lot of inquiries from customers about the change, saying that the previous one was more delicious. I was very happy to hear from the customer, but at the same time, I was worried about how much I would be able to satisfy the customer, including the taste and price, due to the skyrocketing prices and the lack of supply of ingredients. In conclusion, we are still in an unstable situation due to the lack of supply of materials due to repeated trial and error. Without changing the ingredients or the price, I have made the current croissant combination that I personally think is the most delicious. Some people don't like caramel pudding, and some people don't like dark roasted coffee, so please be aware that not all customers who come to the store will like it. I hope that you will be able to understand. I would be very happy if customers who tried our croissants liked it. I wrote it here because I thought it would be possible. I apologize for the poor writing, but I would appreciate it if you could read it.
