My wife and I have been ordering here for about 5 years. In the last year alone, there were three occasions that I found something in my food. First time it was a piece of hair, second time back in March found a sharp piece of plastic, and yesterday I found a metal string that god forbid I would of ate it I would ended up in emergency room. For the first occasion I didn’t bother to even call, the second occasion I called and one of the owners delivered a fresh poke bowl same one I had ordered. I called yesterday, I was told to remove the metal string and continue eating . They took my information and they said come on another day to get a fresh bowl, and that there is no way someone could bring me a fresh bowl that I drove 15 mins to pick it up for my dinner. This was a horrible customer service and let alone that I could have ended up seriously sick in emergency room. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Overall, it was okay. The place is very nice, and I like that you can build your own bowl. However, they put a very small amount of tuna and shrimp in mine—only 2 shrimp and a few small pieces of tuna. The sauce was also not enough. I've had similar food at other places, and they usually provide a much better portion of protein. Other than that, the staff was nice and the experience was good. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

If I could give zero stars, I would. Walked in and stood there for what felt like forever before anyone bothered to acknowledge me. The staff seemed completely uninterested and acted like taking my order was an inconvenience.When the food finally came out, the portion was surprisingly small considering it was almost $20. Looking around, other customers seemed to be getting much larger servings than I did. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming.To make matters worse, the fish didn't taste fresh and the boba was still hard in the middle, like it hadn't been cooked long enough. Between the poor service, tiny portions, and disappointing food, I definitely won't be back.
