Excellent whiskys and the Master has a huuuuge record collection, which he plays loudly. You can ask for your favorites or a recommendation. Good place!

An amazing time with the owner, Aoki, and his bar in Ebisu. He has just about every kind of whisky one could dream, bottles lining the counter like a captain whose ship I never wanted to leave. As the hours passed and a slow night ensued, the owner provided hospitality that wouldn't be worthy of a Four Seasons and I can't neglect to mention his impeccable record collection. Maybe the music put me under a spell, considering many of the prior reviews, but I jest. By night's end, I was ready to give him a standing invite to all weddings, birthdays, reunions and gatherings. And once I stepped out into the early Tokyo morning, a piece of my heart and tongue lay resting on the doorstep of Mauve and neither on loan. If you could unlock bonus points for a Google rating, I'd use all of them here.
