You’d expect much better service from such an all-time favorite. The place is clearly understaffed, and it honestly makes the franchise come across as money-hungry when they’re taking in huge numbers of walk-ins without providing the proper staffing or training to handle them. Waiting more than 20 minutes for a single-item order to be delivered to my table simply makes no sense. On top of that, the chocolate dips are served in ridiculously small portions. They seriously need to improve their staffing, portion sizes, and overall service efficiency. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
