Very good mac and cheese! I got the one with spam and the one with chicharrón. So delicious. Creamy and well seasoned cheese sauce. Do you know how does a sous vide works? do you know how does a sodium citrate work in the cheese sauce? we make our sauce daily. Because we serve quality, that is in our standards.
