Had a lot of different ramen in japan. Had a ton of miso ramen in sapporo since theyre known for it as well. Waited 1-2hrs for highly rated/popular spots. Didnt wait fairly long for this place. But this tsukemen was hands down the best type of ramen i’ve had. This was absolutely delicious. I dont know if i’ll ever have any ramen as good as this. Absolutely amazing! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
