I'd like to eat Western food for lunch today, but I'm having a drinking party with my co-workers this evening, so I'd like something light. With ramen. To MEN SONAN, who I found last night. It seems like it hasn't been open yet. I searched around with my phone in hand and somehow found it! It was a pretty good location to open a store, but I arrived almost as soon as it opened and although there was no line, I waited for about 5 minutes. It is purchased at a ticket vending machine. There were two types of rice dishes: salt ramen and tsukemen. There are also great value sets. This time, I bought a large serving of salt ramen, flavored egg topping, and shuhai. Two young ladies were running the store. When I was guided to my seat, I was given a cold cup and asked to drink water from the water dispenser. Hmm, it's freezing cold! There's also a noodle making shop inside the store, and it was a stylish store with only a counter and Western music playing. The chuhai arrived before the ramen. Hmm, it's warm... Too bad Maybe I just put it in the fridge? ? When the ramen arrived, my expectations were high due to the beautiful ramen and the nice aroma. When I got it from the soup, it was an elegant soup with chicken, shellfish, and flavored vegetables. salt? Yeah, maybe salt? It was a soup like never before. The noodles were whole grain noodles and went down really well. There are two types of chashu: pork and chicken. Personally, the chicken rare char siu was very delicious. I want to eat my fill! lol. I added some pepper towards the end to give it a strange taste, but I personally recommend it because I felt like the taste was overpowering. Next time I would like to try Tsukemen. When the staff cheerfully sent me out, there was a huge line outside! ! It seems better to go there before it opens for a while. Thank you for the meal.
