The taste is definitely not at the level of the restaurants in Japan. There aren't many ingredients for the price, so why is it rated so high? Pork bones are watery and have a porky aftertaste. Street food soy sauce is too sweet and has no umami, which is common in foreign soy sauce ramen. I was thinking of ordering my own portion after feeding my wife and child, but I decided against it. Upon entering, it's like we are teleported at the heart of Japan because of the restaurant's ambiance of an old traditional Japanese Ramen restaurant. We were immediately welcomed warmly by the friendly crew who explained to us briefly of their menu. The waiting time for our orders is just short, and we enjoyed their Creamier Tonkotsu Ramen variety, namely the Tonkotsu Creamier and Ajitama Creamier. We also tried their Karaage (fried chicken), Fried Gyoza, and Chahan (fried rice). All of the foods that we had are all tasted good! We had a good dining experience and will be back again soon to try their other menu.
