You ordered homemade Vegan Nachos with guacamole and pico, and a Vegan Bowl with white rice, vegetables, corn, beans, pico, and guacamole—exactly as clearly described on our menu. None of these choices are spicy, and no sauce is automatically included. At one point, you ordered extra sour cream, and when I personally came to your table, I was told that the food and dips were “not spicy.” With respect and honesty, I explained what is spicy and what is not, especially how we deal with vegan options and we still offered you a spicy dip on the house. After that, we continued checking on your table, and every response we received from you was positive. Before leaving, you personally thanked me and gave me the impression that we had done our job well. From the kitchen porter to the DJ, every member of our team gives their best every day to create the best possible experience for our guests. Honest feedback is always welcome. Misleading and unfair criticism is not. Thank you for your review. Regarding your latest addition about not being able to find our restaurant on Google intentionally — I personally typed our restaurant name to your Google Maps so you could find us easily and make sure you had the correct location. We are a new business, and when a new restaurant is added to Google, it naturally takes some time before it appears instantly in search results. That’s why y couldn’t find us and that’s why I helped you. I notice that you keep changing your review and adding new complaints. It’s quite telling that at first your issue was with the food and service, but after my reply, you changed your review, added the “Google Maps” claim, and now suddenly have an issue with the manager too. You are free to change your review as many times as you like, if it satisfies your ego . From my side, this is my final response . It’s pointless .
