We have just had a very nice meal at Migo in Upminster, the food is nice and a decent portion for the price. This is our first visit to Migo, there was only one person taking the orders, distributing food and drink and looking after the take away bikes which all seemed far too much for one person. My review is good but we have eaten at better Japanese restaurants. Price per person: £10–20

After having a take away a few months back, we decided it was time to head back to Migo in Upminster. The food was stunning, service was really great and it was unbelievable value for money. We paid £35 per head for an absolute feast, 2 bottles of good quality wine and a healthy tip! What we ordered: Chicken Gyoza Rainbow Roll Wasabi Prawns Crispy Duck & Veg Fried Rice Beef Ramen x2 Salmon Teriyaki Vinho Verde x2 We literally cleaned our plate and will be returning soon as we want to try more of the menu! Visited this Japanese restaurant for dinner and had a really enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was calm and minimalist, which made it feel authentic and relaxing. Food was great and Presentation was beautiful, with a lot of attention to detail..Affordable without compromising quality Service was polite and efficient, and the staff made us feel welcome throughout the meal. Overall, a great spot for authentic Japanese cuisine. I would definitely recommend it and come back again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
