I am giving this rating based on the quality of the past 2 beverages I purchased. I have been getting the Mango milk drink from there for several months and always love it. The last 2 I got were really disappointing. I usually order mango milk and pay extra for extra mango puree and it’s absolutely delicious normally. The first of these 2 separate instances I went into the store and the girl who was working there was not friendly. When I was given my drink she made no eye contact with me and I thanked her and smiled to which she ignored me. I took a sip of my drink and the mango puree had the consistency of orange rind and it was awful to be quite honest. I decided to try again after a few weeks and this time my order was with DoorDash and upon receiving I had the same mango flavored orange rind type of consistency to the purée in my drink and this was not the quality I expect from any Milklab and has never been my experience until this point. Very disappointing.

Christian was awesome! He was quick to help us and was very patient with all of our questions. His ice cream skills aren’t pictured but very fast and beautifully presented. I got a strawberry matcha with a brûléed cap and boba and have no regrets. Best drink of my life.

So good!! I ordered the matcha strawberry ice cream and it was absolutely delicious The flavors were fresh and perfectly balanced. I highly recommend this place!
