Once the promenade around the Jinguo Lvyuandao is over, visit MITICA. If you like the Chinese cuisine, you should visit this restaurant. The patient staff reflects the style and character of MITICA. Cool service is something visitors agree upon here. It's a nice place with the comfortable atmosphere. This place scored 4.9 in the Google rating system.

If you find yourself in Taichung, I highly recommend making it a priority to come to MITICA. This is one of the more unique cafes out there. The environment is extremely comfortable and relaxing, and the food is shockingly good for Western-style food in Taiwan. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious and well-prepared. If you feel like it might have a weird vibe, I can assure you it does not. The dolls are presented as works of art, and the whole place has an air of classiness and artistry. From the moment I walked in, it was obvious to me that the owner had put a great deal of care into every detail. We took my wife's elderly parents here and they had a great time If you are interested in the dolls, they will explain as much detail as you would like. Everyone is free to touch the dolls in a gentle and respectful manner. We took a lot of fun pictures with the dolls here. After our initial visit, we came back again a few days later because we enjoyed it so much. We had a delightful dinner and met the owner, who sang some karaoke. He let us sing a song too :) It was a very special evening. This is definitely in my Top 5 favorite places in Taiwan, and we will certainly be coming back every time we visit.
