Wrong order, overcharged. They simply don't solve the problem and think that a 5 reais discount solves everything, even a higher amount of loss than that.

Something always happens. Last time they didn't make any changes to the pizza, they charged me extra for slices and I didn't receive the extra slices, and they simply think that giving a 5 reais discount on the next purchase covers the difference of 10 reais paid extra and the lack of attention to prepare the order. Totally dissatisfied
