First time at mod pie The manager, Travis was very rude, not welcoming. I was asking questions to the lady making pizzas and he interrupted me with his back. Turned to me very disrespectful not a first time impression something should be done about his attitude. I don’t know if he was unhappy but completely turn around into a bad energy. I ended up not eating there. My son said I don’t wanna eat here because of the way he talked to me his mom. I hope this gets to corporate and retrain of customer service is done, but this manager is very needed and you could even tell his employees were uncomfortable working with him. Service: 1

It says unlimited toppings, but the guys put very little mushroom on it. Mushrooms are cheap, hello. We shouldn't ask for more mushroom on the pizza when it's clear there isn't any. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We did an online order. The confirmation said it should be ready in 18 minutes. We didn’t get our pizzas until an hour later, and one pizza was missing. They were rude about the missing pizza—not the young guy with the nose ring but the older guy—was complaining about online orders—like it was somehow our fault the pizza FOR OUR KIDS was missing. They didn’t give us a refund for the missing pizza. Additionally, the pizzas we did get didn’t have what we’d ordered on them. We asked for the fig glaze on the side and they didn’t give it to us. Complete incompetence. Understaffed. Rude employees. If you like MOD pizza, try a different location. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
