“Ode to the Ghost of MOD Pizza Past” There once was a MOD that was truly divine,. Each pizza a masterpiece, baked right on time. They’d smile, review your order with flair, “Extra cheese? Got it! We’ll pile it on there!” But something has changed, it’s tragic, I fear,. Their “Normal” means “None,” their “Extra” unclear. I clicked “Normal" Mozzarella, felt bold and keen,. But the pizza arrived... suspiciously clean. No cheese in sight, not a shred, not a drop,. A saucy flatbread, my dairy dreams? Flop. How do you make pizza and miss the whole point? That’s like making a pizza designed to disappoint. And pick-up’s now chaos, no check, no confirm,. They toss you the box like, “Next guest, your turn.”. At home I open the carton in dread, “Surprise! It’s a salad… on pizza dough’s bed.” Three tries too many, I’ve learned my refrain,. Hope still fools me, but never again. So heed my advice, hungry traveler, please,.
