UPDATE: Wow! I have to give them more stars now that they have indeed issued a refund and sent a nice email. I love when a company makes things right rather than just ignoring problems. Hopefully, they develop a procedure for refunds. ORIGINAL REVIEW: We really like MOD's pizza and salads, but they repeatedly do not include all items in delivery (ordered from their site) and will NOT REFUND you for missing items. They just say "you can come in and pick up the items" they forgot to include. I ordered delivery for a reason, I'm not gonna hop in my car and go there. It rips off consumers. Is it even legal to not issue refunds of any kind? As a rewards member, can't I be compensated with more points or even store credit? Nope. No way to issue a refund. What a dumb way to lose a customer. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 4

Wow! Just stopping thru and needed some food. These people were amazing! So friendly, kind and helpful (I've never been to a mod pizza before). Food is good, salad is good. Thanks guys, I'll be back!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
