We've been loyal customers but took a break due to declining service. Tried again today and left disappointed. 1) allergies weren't honored on our salad and pizza despite asking for removal, and we were rushed to the register before they could be caught. 2) Our pizzas were burnt on one side — this happens every visit for the last 3-4 months. 3) When we asked for a remake due to the allergy issue, we were charged for it. Has something changed recently with how MOD handles allergy requests and remakes? Or how they make there pizzas? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 1

Really guys? The salad is delicious, but for the price you need to catch the lettuce cores. Cuz that’s just gross. Plus, you forgot my croutons. Who eats salads without croutons? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 3

These employees know how to put to stuff on the pizza. Of all the MOD pizza I've been, this was my best pizza. Enjoyed it. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30
