Priced at a premium while the quality of the coffee falls below expectations (flat white, bitter and no micro foam; ice coffee too sweet and promised ice cream not to be found). No cash accepted. All was amazing except food. Very nice and friendly, cozy and stylish. Totally recommendation for meeting with friends and family. Very delicious coffee! But not Kuchen - all not tasty Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Dear Mokka*Milch team, I’ve visited your reopened location and appreciate what you’re building. I noticed you’re managing high demand, but I’d like to share an observation. Your historic name carries real weight in Berlin people come expecting excellent ice cream and milkshakes. Right now, closing ice service early and serving small portions is disappointing guests and creating negative word of mouth. But here’s the opportunity: lean into that legacy. Develop a focused, high-quality ice and milkshake menu you can actually execute well. Set realistic hours, train your team thoroughly, and deliver generous portions with great service. This turns your name from a liability into your biggest asset customers will return and recommend you enthusiastically. You’ve got the foundation and the reputation.
